How does it work?
1. Two simple questions
At the end of a course, each user answers two short questions about their day-to-day work and responsibilities.
2. Mapped to real attacker behavior
Based on the answers, Nimblr automatically places each user into one or more of six role tracks.
3. Tracks assigned automatically
From that point on, training reflects the real attacks aimed at their role instead of general content.
4. Update anytime
Users can change their answers in the User Portal at any time, and admins can review or edit them too.

Why role-based training works
Attackers do not target organizations evenly. They target the people with access to money, credentials, and systems. A finance controller sees invoice fraud attempts. An IT admin sees MFA fatigue attacks and credential theft. An HR coordinator sees fake job applications carrying malware. Generic training treats all of these users the same, which means the people carrying the most risk get the least relevant preparation.
Role-Based Learning closes that gap. By mapping each user to the attack patterns aimed at their actual responsibilities, training depth follows risk depth. High-risk roles get deeper, more specific content. Everyone else continues with the standard program, so no one is overloaded with material that does not apply to them.
Because assignment happens through two questions inside a course the user is already taking, there is no survey campaign to run, no HR data import to maintain, and no role mapping spreadsheet for admins to keep current. The system stays accurate because users update their own answers when their responsibilities change.
Role-Based Learning works alongside the rest of your security awareness training including simulations and micro-training. It does not replace your baseline program. It sharpens it where the risk is highest.
